Tirumalesa.com currently sells physical books and downloadable eBooks to customers in India and internationally.

1. Products Currently Offered

Tirumalesa.com currently offers two principal categories of products:

A. Physical Books

Printed books available for purchase and physical delivery to customers in India and eligible international destinations.

Each book’s product page will ordinarily provide relevant information such as:

Book title;
Author;
Description;
Edition or format, where applicable;
Price;
Availability; and
Other relevant product information.

Physical books require shipping and may therefore attract shipping or delivery charges depending upon the destination and order.

B. Downloadable eBooks

Digital editions of books available for purchase and electronic download. eBooks are intended to be made available for immediate download following successful payment and order confirmation.

No physical product will be shipped when the customer purchases an eBook unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise. Customers should therefore confirm whether they are purchasing a physical book or an eBook before completing payment.

2. Product Prices

The current selling price of each product will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or during the checkout process.

The price displayed for a particular product at the time the customer places the order will ordinarily be the applicable product price for that transaction, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical or system errors.

Because our catalogue, editions, production costs, offers and business conditions may change, product prices may also change from time to time. Accordingly, this Policy does not contain a permanent fixed price list. Customers should refer to the relevant product page for the current applicable price.

3. Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices displayed by Tirumalesa.com are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes that are required to be included in the displayed selling price.

Where any additional tax, levy or statutory charge is required to be separately collected under applicable law, it will be disclosed during the transaction where reasonably practicable.

4. Default Currency

The default transaction currency on Tirumalesa.com is Indian Rupees (INR) unless another supported currency is expressly displayed or made available during the payment process.

Because Tirumalesa.com serves customers internationally, the Website and/or its payment service providers may, where technically supported, provide prices or payment options in other currencies.

The price of a physical book does not necessarily include shipping charges unless the relevant product page or checkout process expressly states that shipping is included or free. Shipping charges may vary according to factors including:

Package weight or dimensions;
Shipping method;
Courier or postal charges; and
Other logistical factors.

7. No Shipping Charge for eBooks

Because eBooks are electronically delivered and do not require physical shipment, physical shipping charges do not apply to eBook purchases. Any amount displayed for an eBook relates to the digital product and applicable charges expressly disclosed during the purchase process.

8. International Customs Duties and Import Charges

Physical books shipped outside India may be subject to:

Import duties;
Customs duties;
Local taxes;
Customs clearance charges;
Postal handling charges;
Courier handling charges; or
Other destination-country charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Tirumalesa.com.

Such charges are determined by authorities, postal networks, customs agencies or service providers in the destination country and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Tirumalesa.com cannot reliably calculate or control every charge that may be imposed by foreign authorities. Customers purchasing physical products internationally are therefore encouraged to check their country’s applicable import requirements where necessary.

9. Discounts and Promotional Prices

If payment has already been successfully received for an order that we subsequently cancel because of such an error, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Product Availability

Physical products are offered subject to availability. We endeavour to ensure that customers are not able to place orders for products known to be out of stock. However, inventory or technical errors can occasionally occur.

If payment is successfully received for a physical product that subsequently proves unavailable, we may contact the customer and, where the order cannot be fulfilled, cancel it and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

13. eBook Pricing

The price displayed on the relevant eBook product page is the applicable price for that digital edition at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and correction of obvious errors.

The price of an eBook need not be the same as the price of the corresponding physical book. Physical books and eBooks are separate products and may be independently priced.

Purchasing one format does not automatically entitle the customer to receive another format free of charge unless such an offer is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

14. Future Products

Tirumalesa.com currently sells physical books and downloadable eBooks. We may introduce additional books, formats, digital products, publications or third-party products in the future.

Where a new product category requires different pricing, delivery, licensing, cancellation or refund conditions, additional terms may be displayed on the relevant product page or incorporated into our policies.

15. Third Party Products

Tirumalesa.com currently primarily offers books and eBooks owned, published, authored or otherwise lawfully offered by Tirumalesa.com and/or their respective rights holders.

We may in the future offer books or other products belonging to third-party authors, publishers or rights holders. The price, intellectual-property rights and any product-specific terms applicable to such products will be disclosed or governed as appropriate.

16. Payment Processing

Payments made through Tirumalesa.com may be processed through CCAvenue and/or other authorized payment service providers made available on the Website. The payment options available to a particular customer may depend upon the payment gateway, country, currency, bank and payment instrument. A customer’s transaction is subject to successful authorization and confirmation through the applicable payment system.

17. Final Amount Payable

Before completing a purchase, customers should carefully review the transaction information presented during checkout. Depending upon the order, the final amount payable may consist of:

Product Price + Applicable Shipping/Delivery Charges + Any Other Charges Expressly Disclosed During Checkout. For eBooks, physical shipping charges do not apply.

For international physical shipments, destination-country customs duties, import taxes or similar charges may be payable separately by the recipient and may not form part of the amount collected by Tirumalesa.com.

18. Invoices and Transaction Records

19. Refunds
