Where the payment is ultimately determined to have failed or where an amount is required to be reversed or refunded, the reversal/refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment gateway, banking network and financial institution procedures and timelines.

10. Physical Books – Shipping
Physical books may be shipped within India and internationally.
Orders for delivery within India will ordinarily be dispatched within five (5) working days after successful order confirmation.
International orders will ordinarily be dispatched within fourteen (14) working days after successful order confirmation.
These periods refer to dispatch and not guaranteed delivery.
Actual delivery time after dispatch depends upon the destination, carrier, postal network, customs procedures, local regulations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping charges vary depending upon destination, order value, package weight, shipping method and other applicable factors.

11. International Orders
Customers placing orders for delivery outside India are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, local taxes, handling charges, customs clearance charges or other governmental or carrier-imposed charges in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Tirumalesa.com and, where applicable, shall be the responsibility of the recipient/customer.

12. Cancellation of Physical Product Orders

13. Returns of Physical Products
Physical products are not returnable merely because the customer changes their mind after purchase.
A return, replacement or refund may be considered where a product:
- Arrives materially damaged;
- Is defective;
- Is materially different from the product ordered;
- Is an incorrect product; or
- Qualifies as lost in transit following verification.
Damage, defects or incorrect products must be reported to us within two (2) days of delivery.

14. eBooks and Digital Products

15. Licence for eBooks
